I had a fantastic time at the Fantasyland Hotel! The themed rooms were even better than I imagined, especially the Princess room with the castle bunk bed my kids loved. However, the check-in process could use some improvement as we faced a delay in getting our room. Overall, the fun atmosphere made it a nice family vacation.

We stayed in three different themed rooms over our three nights. Each room was unique and left my kids thrilled with surprises every afternoon. The Polynesian room, the Princess room, and the Space room were all impressive, with fun features like sleeping pod bunk beds in the Space room. My only concern would be that some rooms might need updates.

The staff were friendly and quite helpful, especially when they moved our bags while we enjoyed the attractions. However, I did experience a delay during check-in that could have been smoother. Overall, the service was solid, but a little more organization would be nice.
